Our Story
Surpreet Kaur Malhotra, B.A.LL.B (Hons.), L.L.M., is a Barrister and Solicitor registered with the Law Society of Ontario, practicing immigration law in Canada. As an immigrant herself, she understands the challenges involved in the immigration process and is dedicated to helping others navigate it successfully. She founded Venko Law Firm with a focus on developing personalized immigration strategies to meet the needs of immigrants and the Canadian market. Surpreet offers services in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Surpreet gained valuable experience in immigration law while working as an articling Student-at-Law with a highly regarded immigration lawyer in Ottawa. This experience equipped her with the skills necessary to effectively serve clients from around the world. She has a passion for working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and is committed to helping them achieve their dream of immigrating to Canada.
